Open the Loop app and find a nearby scooter on the map. Tap a scooter to see its details before you set off.

  • Check the battery and current price.
  • Check the riding zone in the app.

New to Loop? Complete your setup in the app first.

ScanA LITTLE SCAN. A NEW ADVENTURE.

Meet your key to the city.

Find the QR plate beside the handlebar controls and scan it with the Loop app. Your phone is your key.

  • Can’t scan? Enter the scooter ID.
  • Wait for the app to confirm it’s unlocked.

Follow the start instructions shown for your scooter.

RideTAKE CARE. TAKE IT ALL IN.

Phone away. Enjoy the everyday.

Helmet on, brakes checked. Follow your scooter’s start instructions, keep both hands on the bars and enjoy the journey.

  • One scooter. One rider.
  • Give pedestrians space and follow riding zones.

Push off with your foot, then gently use the throttle.

ParkA GOOD RIDE DESERVES A GOOD FINISH.

Leave a little room for everyone.

Choose an allowed parking spot, lower the stand and keep paths and entrances clear. Tap End Ride, then photograph the whole scooter.

  • Submit a clear parking photo.
  • Wait for confirmation that your ride has ended.

Parking or closing the app does not end your ride.
